We organize for the groups of thirty to fifty people a visit with accompanying notes of our activities:

• Reception and presentation of our professional course
• Presentation of the stone grinding stone mill
• Visit bakehouse
• Explanation of the manufacture of the leavened bread
• Discovered our asses, presentation of the races, explanation of the differences between the equine ones and asins.

After this presentation we invite you to a tasting of our bread accompanied by rillettes of the Sarthe and cider.

Sale of our products (bread, cider, jam, pommel) and of local products (soap with the honey, ass's milk)
