The introductory course to the manufacture of the
leavened bread is proposed within the framework of weekly manufacture,
Thursday.
Two people maximum can be received at the same time.

- Weighing
- Shaping
- Finish
- The heating of the furnace

- Report of the batch
Cost of the training course with the meal: 45 €uros
Initiation with the manufacture of the bread and a pizza pie:
We propose with the small groups of a maximum of 12 people an initiation with the manufacture of the bread, with shaping, charging and cooking.
They will carry out their own decorated bread and will manufacture each one a pizza pie for two. Reservation and day following the number of participants.
